## Title: Operations Manager – Medical & Equipment Supply Division

About the Role

Medbury Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee operations, healthcare projects, and supply chain activities within its Medical & Equipment Supply Division. You will manage critical functions across procurement, logistics, and project delivery while leading teams and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and order fulfillment
  • Oversee healthcare equipment installation and infrastructure projects
  • Coordinate vendors, OEMs, engineers, and internal teams
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process improvements
  • Support tenders, quotations, and business development activities
  • Monitor costs, budgets, margins, and operational performance
  • Lead and supervise operations, logistics, and technical teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in medical supplies, equipment distribution, healthcare projects, or related operations
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and project coordination
  • Experience supporting bids and commercial processes
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
