About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to lead key operational and business development functions. The successful candidate will specialize in or deeply appreciate art, with the ability to develop new accounts and grow existing business relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and administer critical functions including marketing research, budgeting, media relations, public relations, promotion, branding, sponsorships, and business development
• Identify prospects' advertising, marketing, and business issues, and align these with the organization's capabilities and offerings
• Develop strategies and tactics for pursuing selected prospects
• Organize and participate in art presentations and events to increase art appreciation among stakeholders (collectors, artists, insurance companies, etc.)
• Strengthen and expand the organization's client base through visibility and brand recognition initiatives
• Oversee daily operations and supervise executives across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and related departments
• Participate in expansion projects and activities, including investments, acquisitions, and corporate alliances, ensuring successful execution
• Facilitate decision-making processes, program development, and strategic planning to sustain company growth
• Represent the organization at external functions, partnership meetings, and industry events
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client and organizational matters

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business (specialization in Marketing)
• Second Class Upper (or higher) in a first degree
• Minimum five years of experience in a Business Development or Creative Marketing Manager role within a professional services environment (art or creative industry experience preferred)

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Professional certification in Management, Digital Marketing, or Graphics Design
• Strong understanding of art market and creative industries
• Strategic planning and decision-making capabilities
