About the Role

Respected Solutions and Investment Limited is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all daily operational activities
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals
• Develop, document, and implement efficient operational processes
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular operational reports
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and logistics when required
• Identify operational gaps, propose improvements, and execute solutions
• Collaborate closely with senior management to drive strategic growth

Requirements

• 8–10 years of proven experience in operations management or similar leadership roles
• Strong track record of managing teams and overseeing complex operations
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong analytical abilities and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Based in or able to work from the Lekki–Ikota area
