Operations Manager at Leverage Seeds Limited

About the Role

Leverage Seeds Limited is expanding and seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Operations Manager to oversee activities across our factory and head office. If you have a background in breeding or similar agro-production fields and are passionate about building efficient systems that keep operations running smoothly from end to end, this role is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of factory and head office operations
• Coordinate production schedules, quality control, and seed processing activities
• Ensure factory teams follow proper safety, compliance, and operational standards
• Supervise administrative functions and staff performance
• Implement operational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and continuous improvement systems
• Manage inventory flow, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
• Support management in strategic planning and reporting
• Bridge communication between factory units and the head office
• Ensure timely delivery of products and smooth logistics operations

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Crop Science, or related agricultural fields
• Proven experience in operations, preferably in seed production, agriculture, or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of production cycles, processing activities, and quality assurance
