Job Summary

Feegor Inc is seeking a highly driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day business operations. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, driving process efficiency, and managing cross-functional teams to consistently meet performance targets. As a member of the leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping organizational strategy, execution, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure seamless end-to-end execution across all functions
• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality
• Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with Feegor's business goals
• Track, analyze, and report on operational data and performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions
• Identify operational risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity
• Lead, mentor, and manage teams to achieve operational targets and sustain high performance
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven experience managing operations in e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or a related industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate diverse, cross-functional teams
• High level of proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and operational technology
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
