Operations Lead at Plug Entertainment

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful and forward-thinking Operations Lead to oversee and streamline the day-to-day activities of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence across all departments including Agency, Internal Operations, Marketing, Branding, Talent Management and Events.

You'll play a pivotal role in turning creative ideas into seamless execution, managing teams, optimizing internal processes and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and at the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily business operations across multiple departments
• Develop and implement efficient systems, policies and workflows that drive productivity and accountability
• Work closely with leadership to translate strategic goals into operational plans and actionable deliverables
• Oversee project timelines, budgets and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution of all projects and campaigns
• Manage brand relationships, contracts and partnerships for events and productions
• Supervise and support staff and cross-functional teams to ensure top performance and collaboration
• Support management with strategic decision-making
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and ensure brand consistency across operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Media or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably within entertainment, media or events
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and people management abilities
• Proven experience managing complex projects and coordinating multiple teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with creative workflows, event planning and media production processes
• Thrives in dynamic and creative environments
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
