Requirements

• OND or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• 4–8 years of experience in plant or process operations within a mining, steel, or heavy industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment monitoring, and shift supervision with focus on safety and efficiency
