## Title: Operations Associate - HMO Accounts

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support our Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for HMO account reconciliation, operational support, and HMO marketing activities, ensuring accuracy in financial records while supporting client engagement and business growth.

This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in Accounting or Business Management who is eager to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

HMO Account Reconciliation & Operations

  • Perform regular reconciliation of HMO accounts, including premiums, claims, and provider payments
  • Review and verify financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls
  • Resolve discrepancies by liaising with HMOs, healthcare providers, and internal teams
  • Prepare operational and financial reports related to HMO accounts
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of HMO transactions and agreements

HMO Marketing & Client Support

  • Support the marketing and promotion of HMO products and services to individuals and corporate clients
  • Assist in onboarding new HMO clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams on outreach, presentations, and proposals
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding HMO plans, benefits, and account status

General Operations Support

  • Assist in improving operational processes related to HMO administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Provide administrative and operational support as required

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–5 years' experience in operations, accounting, or HMO/insurance-related roles (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial record management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant accounting software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Knowledge of HMO operations and insurance regulations (preferred)
