## Title: Online Loan Collector Agent

About the Role

We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Online Loan Collector Agent. You will be responsible for contacting overdue customers to collect payments through various communication channels including phone calls, SMS, and WhatsApp.

Work Arrangement

All new employees are required to complete one week of in-office training. Following successful completion, you will have the opportunity to work remotely. Please note that underperformance may result in recall for evaluation before returning to remote work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

Contact overdue customers via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and other communication methods
Facilitate payment collection from customers
Maintain professional communication standards

Compensation & Benefits

Basic Salary: N60,000
Weekly Bonus: Available based on performance (up to N15,000 weekly)
Airtime Allowance: Provided for communication support
Year-End Bonus: Awarded for good performance
