About the Role
Zurishaddai Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to provide executive support, manage office staff, coordinate events, and ensure the smooth running of all office activities while keeping both staff and management productive.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendors, and maintenance
- Support teams by coordinating tasks, removing blockers, and keeping work items organized
- Assist with internal communication, events, and HR matters
- Provide general support to management and leadership
- Track office expenses and manage invoices
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate team activities
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
- Mature professional with strong work ethics
Location & Availability
- Must reside in close proximity to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
- Available to resume in January 2026
Compensation
Minimum ₦250,000 per month (negotiable)
