## Title: Office Assistant

Job Brief

We are urgently recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team
  • Assist with filing, record-keeping, and document management
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and deliveries
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and conducive office environment
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functionality
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing meeting rooms
  • Receive and attend to visitors professionally
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Support internal and external communications as required
  • Assist with errands, courier services, and basic logistics tasks
  • Support staff with photocopying, printing, scanning, and binding of documents
  • Assist in preparing basic reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements

  • SSCE/OND in any discipline with 1 year of experience
  • Previous experience in an office support or administrative role is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
