Key Responsibilities
- Support daily administrative operations and office workflows
- Manage reception duties, calls, and visitors
- Handle filing, documentation, scanning, and printing
- Manage office supplies and provisions
- Run official errands and support meeting logistics
- Assist with travel bookings and basic finance and administrative tasks
Requirements
- HND or equivalent in a relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
