  • The Administrative Officer Intern will provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone seeking a career change to human resources and office administration within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Assist with filing, documentation, and record keeping
  • Support scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination
  • Assist with data entry and basic reporting
  • Help manage office supplies and inventory
  • Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment
Requirements: & Qualifications
  • OND/HND/BSc student or recent graduate in Business Administration or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions
  • Attention to detail and professional attitude
