About the Role

Reddington Hospital Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality specialist care in obstetrics and gynaecology, demonstrating clinical excellence, leadership, and a commitment to patient-centered service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert medical care in the management of obstetric and gynaecological conditions
• Oversee antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care for patients
• Perform surgical and non-surgical gynaecological procedures as required
• Collaborate with other consultants, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in clinical meetings, training, and case reviews
• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards of medical practice
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS/MBChB) from a recognized institution
• Fellowship of the West African College of Surgeons (WACS) or National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (NPMCN) in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
• Valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
• Minimum of 4 years post-fellowship experience as a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist

• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
