## Title: NGO Administrator

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate NGO Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of our organization. The ideal candidate will support program implementation, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate internal and external communications to help achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the NGO
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems
  • Support program planning, implementation, and reporting
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and manage schedules
  • Manage correspondence with donors, partners, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with NGO regulations and internal policies
  • Assist with budgeting, procurement, and basic financial records
  • Supervise office staff and volunteers where necessary

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Social Sciences, Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an NGO or similar organization
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • Passion for community development and humanitarian work
