Network Installer Supervisor at Fort Knox Group

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Network Installer Supervisor to manage installation operations and lead a team of installers in delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with dispatch to schedule daily appointments for installers
• Coordinate transportation of materials and equipment to customer premises
• Ensure 100% successful job completion as scheduled, tracking job ticket status to close leads
• Manage installer teams to achieve minimum objective of 2 installations per day
• Approve additional installation materials beyond standard kits and collect additional customer payments where applicable
• Ensure all installers have KYC Kits for customer on-boarding and toolkits for physical installation work
• Oversee accessories and device collection from assigned stock pickup points
• Reconcile inventory and accessories picked versus deployed by installers
• Track daily team attendance at gate meetings and logged prospects
• Monitor lead closure and installation fulfillment metrics
• Design route plans (PJP) within assigned territory
• Conduct daily gate meetings with assigned installers to ensure governance metrics and ways of work are in place
• Reconcile paid tickets not fulfilled within 24 hours and follow up with customers or installation management for closure
• Provide daily reports of work completed with corresponding timesheets
• Authorize returns and refunds for failed customer acceptance of installation
• Supervise task completion within allotted timeframes
• Onboard and train installers
• Conduct performance management of installer team

Required Qualifications

• Networks, Technical, or Electrical qualification or equivalent
• Professional Qualification in Project Management Techniques
• Strong troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to operate effectively in a performance-driven organization
