Network Engineer/ IT Support

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Support Engineer to Support our clients IT infrastructure including  design, implement, and maintain their IT network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking and IT support, with at least 3 years of experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure (LAN, WAN)

• Troubleshoot and provide support

• Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)

• Ensure network security and compliance

• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues

• Conduct network performance monitoring and optimization

Requirements:

• BSc, B.Tech, or HND in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field 

• At least 3 years of experience in networking and IT support

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS) configuration

• Familiarity with network management tools

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Effective communication and teamwork skills
