About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing National Sales Manager (B2C) to drive nationwide retail growth for flagship edible oil brands. If you are a proven FMCG sales leader with deep expertise in B2C channels, distributor management, and retail execution, this is your opportunity to lead a fast-growing portfolio across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a winning B2C sales and distribution strategy nationwide
- Grow market share across General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-commerce channels
- Expand and manage a strong distributor, sub-distributor, and retail network
- Drive retail visibility, in-store activation, and strong trade execution
- Lead and coach a national sales force to deliver on volume and revenue targets
- Ensure efficient route-to-market operations and channel performance
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to optimize availability and drive growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Minimum of Second-Class Upper division); MBA is an advantage
- 7+ years of FMCG Senior Sales Leadership experience with B2C focus
- Strong track record managing distributors and retail channels
- Deep understanding of route-to-market (RTM) models, trade marketing, and field execution
- Proven experience leading nationwide or large regional sales teams
- Proficiency with CRM/SFA tools and performance dashboards
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
