## Title: National Sales Manager

Position Overview

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to drive sales and marketing strategies for coolers and flasks brands across critical open and institutional markets throughout Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and implement sales and marketing strategies to establish effective market presence for coolers and flasks brands across all critical open and institutional markets in Nigeria
  • Prepare annual sales budgets and ensure implementation and achievement of set targets
  • Source new customers while managing and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure consistent customer growth
  • Conduct intelligence gathering on competitive activities and marketing strategies
  • Define target markets and develop route-to-market strategies to accelerate market share growth
  • Ensure regular reconciliation of customer accounts
  • Manage and lead subordinates to achieve sales and marketing goals
  • Establish key performance indicators and measurement matrices for sales functions, and monitor and appraise sales personnel performance periodically

Required Qualifications

  • HND, B.Sc., or BA degree
  • Minimum 12 years of sales work experience, with at least 8 years in a management position
  • Current employment as a Senior Sales Manager or National Sales Manager in a renowned plastic coolers manufacturing company or FMCG company
  • Knowledge of FMCG or plastic coolers and flasks market in Nigeria
  • Knowledge of plastic coolers market dynamics and business operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Higher certifications and qualifications in sales and marketing

Required Competencies

  • Passion for sales, marketing, business development, and market leadership
  • Ability to manage and coordinate subordinates effectively
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
  • Willingness to operate from factory headquarters in Onitsha while covering nationwide business operations
