Position Overview

Join our community of change-makers at grassroots level. This field-based role offers the opportunity to verify and track beneficiaries of a recently completed initiative across Enugu State.

Key Details

• Location: Enugu State (field-based across LGAs with remote reporting)
• Duration: 1 month
• Start Date: Immediate
• Compensation: ₦100,000 (fixed)

Key Responsibilities

• Verify beneficiary details through calls and targeted field visits, and update status in the master register
• Collect basic evidence with consent, including:
  • Photos and brief phone interviews
  • Contact details and residential information
  • Details of current activities/occupation
  • GPS pins and signed/recorded consent
• Liaise with schools and community focal persons to locate and track individuals
• Submit weekly progress reports containing cleaned datasets and short narratives covering issues, actions, and next steps
• Flag duplicates and ineligible cases, tracking issues to closure while adhering to safeguarding and data protection regulations

Requirements

• Resident in Enugu State
• Proficiency with collaborative tools such as Google Sheets and Microsoft 365
• Strong stakeholder management skills and professional communication via phone and WhatsApp
• Field-ready with demonstrated respect for schools and communities
• Fluency in Igbo language (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and integrity
