About the Position

We are looking for a skilled, creative, and energetic Mixologist to craft high-quality cocktails and beverages that elevate our guests' experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of spirits, ingredients, and mixology techniques — and be able to deliver drinks with both precision and flair.

In a lounge/club setting, the Mixologist also contributes to the overall atmosphere by engaging guests, upselling premium drinks, and maintaining a clean, well-organized bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits according to standard recipes
• Develop new and signature drinks that align with the lounge's brand and theme
• Greet and engage customers, taking drink orders and offering recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and equipment
• Restock bar inventory and supplies while keeping track of shortages
• Ensure all beverages are served with the correct garnishes, glassware, and presentation
• Handle cash, process payments, and record sales accurately using the POS system
• Comply with all food and beverage handling, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption to ensure a safe environment
• Work closely with waiters, cashiers, and management to ensure smooth operations
• Represent the brand with professionalism, style, and enthusiasm

Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE / High School Certificate
• Certificate in Mixology, Bartending, or Hospitality (preferred but not compulsory)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a bar, lounge, or club
• Strong knowledge of local and international cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Must be at least 18 years old (due to alcohol handling)
• Professional grooming, punctuality, and a lively personality
