About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all drinks, including complex cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
• Maintain quick and efficient service pace, especially during peak hours, ensuring timely delivery of drinks to guests
• Accurately take and process beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and manage bar sales
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, recommending drinks and managing customer flow at the bar
• Maintain and replenish par stock levels, ensuring all necessary spirits, mixes, garnishes, ice, and glassware are available
• Ensure all bar equipment (blender, ice machine, cup tap, etc.) is clean, functioning correctly, and handled according to maintenance protocols
• Report inventory shortages promptly to management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment, including work surfaces, utensils, sinks, and storage areas
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a mixologist in a luxury bar, lounge, or hospitality outlet
• Highly skilled in complex cocktails and mocktails preparation
• Must reside within Awoyaya, Bogije, Eleko Junction, and environs
