An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Job Summary
  • The Mixologist is responsible for creating, preparing, and serving exceptional cocktails and beverages while providing top-notch customer service.
  • This role requires in-depth knowledge of drink ingredients, techniques, and presentation, as well as a creative flair for developing unique drink menus.
Key Roles & Responsibilities Drink Preparation:
  • Mix and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to recipes or guest preferences.
  • Create signature drinks and contribute to seasonal or promotional beverage menus.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of every drink served.
Customer Service:
  • Engage guests with a welcoming and knowledgeable approach.
  • Recommend drinks based on customer preferences and pairings with food.
  • Handle guest complaints or feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
Inventory Management:
  • Monitor stock levels of liquor, garnishes, and bar supplies.
  • Assist with ordering, receiving, and storing inventory.
  • Reduce waste and manage costs by following portion control standards.
Bar Hygiene & Safety:
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar area, tools, and glassware at all times.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
  • Sanitize workstations and restock supplies during and after shifts.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with bartenders, waitstaff, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for menu development or service improvements.
  • Assist in training junior bar staff or new hires.
Cash & POS Handling:
  • Accurately process payments, manage tabs, and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift, if required.
Requirements
  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
  • Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender in a lounge, bar, or restaurant setting.
  • Deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and garnishing techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative flair and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak hours.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus.
