About the Role

An established company is seeking a Microsoft Project Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a passion for teaching and helping others work smarter. We're looking for a seasoned professional to provide hands-on mentorship and technical support in advanced scheduling and reporting using Microsoft Project and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and guide teams in advanced Microsoft Project techniques, including performance optimization, templates, and reporting
• Support the development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) with over 6,000 tasks
• Troubleshoot schedule performance issues and apply DCMA 14-point schedule assessments
• Teach how to create and customize Power BI dashboards linked to MS Project data
• Share best practices for critical path analysis, resource levelling, and schedule risk identification
• Provide mentorship on schedule quality, reporting automation, and MS Project-to-Power BI integration
• Recommend improvements to workflow, schedule structure, and processing efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Project at the Enterprise level
• Strong proficiency with Power BI for custom reporting and data visualization
• Experience managing complex, multi-project schedules including large integrated schedules (6,000+ tasks)
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
