Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Merchandiser located in Port-Harcourt. You will be responsible for ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked in retail outlets, planning and implementing marketing strategies, and conducting sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain product displays in retail outlets
• Monitor and manage inventory levels
• Coordinate with store managers to ensure optimal product placement
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Implement and execute promotional activities to enhance product visibility
• Drive sales through effective merchandising strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven sales and retail experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the consumer electronics or home appliances industry
