Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in mechanical, engineering, and technical drawings
• Advanced skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and design engineering
• Strong attention to detail with ability to produce accurate and precise technical designs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Solid familiarity with MEP systems and construction standards
• Relevant certifications or coursework in drafting, design, or an engineering field
• Previous experience in construction or a related industry is preferred
