Position Overview

A reputable healthcare organization seeks a dedicated Medical Officer to provide comprehensive medical care and treatment to patients at our Magodo Phase 2 facility in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries
• Ensure optimal patient care in adherence to clinical guidelines and quality standards
• Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications, and transactions according to company policies and procedures
• Perform inpatient and outpatient reviews with initial assessment and management
• Supervise Medical Assistants to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current care methods and procedures and suggest improvements

Required Qualifications

• M.B.B.S or equivalent qualification
• Valid practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria
• Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in medical practice
• NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with healthcare management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with computer use
• Excellent problem-solving and clinical decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Good time management skills

Compensation

Monthly salary: ₦350,000
