## Title: Medical Manager

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking an experienced Medical Manager to provide clinical leadership and strategic oversight of healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and oversight of healthcare operations
Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols, policies, and quality assurance programs
Coordinate provider network development and manage relationships with healthcare facilities
Review and approve treatment protocols, referrals, and medical claims
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare delivery
Support staff training and continuous professional development initiatives
Provide strategic input to management on improving service delivery and client satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements

MBBS degree from a recognized institution
Additional qualifications in Public Health, Health Management, or related fields are an advantage
Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience, with at least 3 years in a healthcare management or HMO role
Current practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
