Qualifications

• Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Certificate from a recognized institution
• Valid MLT license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN)
• Completion of internship where applicable

Requirements

• 1–2 years relevant experience in a medical laboratory (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Ability to handle routine laboratory tests and sample preparation
• Knowledge of laboratory safety rules, equipment handling, and quality control basics
• Ability to maintain accurate records and assist laboratory scientists in test procedures
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
