Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ama-Awji. We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team and contribute to DNALC Nigeria's vision and mission through quality laboratory work and collaborative research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced laboratory tests and diagnostic evaluations in laboratory medicine
• Perform pathology analyses and assist in related diagnostic work
• Maintain high standards in sample handling and testing procedures
• Ensure quality control measures are consistently maintained
• Comply with established laboratory protocols and standardized procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on laboratory initiatives
• Contribute to research and development projects aligned with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Molecular Biology, or a related field
• Proficiency in medical technology and laboratory skills
• Experience in laboratory medicine and pathology
• Strong knowledge of quality control and standardized laboratory protocols
• Solid understanding of molecular biology and biotechnology concepts

Required Skills
