About the Role

As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you will analyze patient specimens and perform a wide range of diagnostic tests to support disease diagnosis, treatment monitoring, and public health initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering accurate and reliable results that directly impact patient care and clinical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze patient specimens including blood, tissues, and fluids
• Perform cross-matching for blood transfusions
• Identify and culture microorganisms
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Manage and monitor laboratory reagents and supplies
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all test results
• Document findings and communicate results to healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

• Relevant laboratory science certification or degree
• Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
