## Title: Monitoring, Evaluation & Accountability (MEA) Officer

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Monitoring, Evaluation & Accountability Officer at Rehabilitation Empowerment and Better Health Initiative (REBHI).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support community leaders and beneficiaries in actively participating in all project and M&E activities
  • Ensure utilization of appropriate data collection and reporting templates that facilitate the acquisition and aggregation of project data
  • Participate in planning and implementation activities including surveys and rapid assessments
  • Conduct monitoring and evaluation of project activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate data collection, compilation, and timely reporting across all projects
  • Track activities using the Indicator Tracking Table to ensure indicators progress according to the logical framework
  • Support the program team by gathering and analyzing feedback from community meetings
  • Conduct data quality assessments with the project team
  • Monitor all project activities progress toward achieving project outputs and outcomes
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports on all project activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, or any other relevant equivalent discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with National and international NGOs
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Accountability in the humanitarian context

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
  • Experience in implementing donor-funded projects
  • Ability to develop maps and infographics
  • Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation tools and data collection techniques

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well with diverse teams and community stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of education systems and challenges in formal and non-formal settings
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
