Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lessons according to the established curriculum
• Set assessment tasks and mark student work to track progress
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and personal development
• Provide regular feedback and support to help students achieve their full potential
• Create interactive and informative teaching materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and other digital tools
• Prepare students comprehensively for external examinations
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and school events
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking

Required Qualifications

• HND, BSc, or B.Ed in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a reputable secondary school
• Proven track record of preparing students for external examinations (WASSCE, BECE, UTME, IGCSE)
• Proficiency with interactive whiteboards and ICT tools in teaching and learning
