About the Role
As a Marketing & Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of expanding DemyHealth's reach in the genomics space. Your role will combine scientific knowledge with marketing and sales strategy to build strong client relationships and generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients including clinicians, hospitals, research labs, universities, and biotech companies
- Present DemyHealth's sequencing services (NGS & Sanger) in a clear, compelling, and scientifically accurate manner
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness of sequencing offerings
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Meet and exceed sales targets based on client acquisition and service uptake
- Present at university conferences, research fairs, and innovation summits
- Act as a liaison between clients and our technical team to customize service offerings
Requirements
- Educational background in Molecular Biology (essential)
- Strong understanding of sequencing technologies and their applications
- Proven interest and experience in marketing and sales (prior experience in life science sales is an advantage)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
What We Offer
- Base Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 (for experienced candidates with a strong, convertible client list)
- Performance Bonus: Additional earnings based on the clients you bring in
