About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team at Community Trust Network in Lagos, Nigeria. This role combines digital and offline marketing with social media engagement to attract potential students. You will be responsible for promoting our agency's services, managing digital marketing campaigns, and liaising with prospective students to ensure successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content across various digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Identify prospective students through digital marketing efforts and follow up to convert inquiries into applications
- Identify, engage, and enroll students into study abroad programs
- Provide guidance to students on available programs, admission requirements, and visa processes
- Drive sales through conversion of leads generated from online and offline marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our services and increase brand visibility
- Organize and participate in educational fairs, webinars, and open days to attract potential students
- Stay updated on the latest study abroad trends and market activities to enhance recruitment strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, and marketing
- Knowledge of study abroad programs and application processes, particularly in the UK, USA, Canada, and Ireland (desirable)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools including SEO, PPC, and email marketing
- Graphic design and video editing skills
- Strong social media marketing expertise
