Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and marketing teams to create and implement strategies that drive the sales pipeline and meet revenue goals
• Execute approved marketing activities for brands/products, particularly below-the-line programmes
• Plan, activate and monitor regular sampling programmes for assigned brands/products
• Monitor and report on brand health, including competitor monitoring, using agreed attributes and formats
• Provide market insights on the performance of assigned brands/products
• Use consumer insights to inform development of marketing programmes for brands/products
• Track competitor activities in the assigned brand/product sector and assist in developing response strategies to protect brand positioning
• Manage marketing budgets to execute annual activity plans for assigned brands/products on time and within budget
• Monitor expenditure against agreed activities and provide regular reports
• Oversee the activation of best-in-class Point of Sales (POS) material both in-store and online to maximise consumer engagement, brand presence and product awareness

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Social Sciences, Biological Sciences, or similar field
• 3-5 years of work experience in a consumer goods environment
• Trade or Customer Marketing experience, preferably in FMCG industry (Pharma industry experience is a plus)
• Understanding of hospital, retail and wholesale trade channels
• Some sales experience
