Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our organization as a Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, foster customer acquisition, cultivate business partnerships, and promote revenue growth across different products and platforms.

Salary and Benefits

• Base Pay: 400,000 Naira (Negotiable)
• Commission: 10% on all sales
• 13th Month Salary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives that directly contribute to sales and revenue growth
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing campaigns with revenue and customer acquisition targets
• Track marketing ROI and ensure all campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media channels to increase brand awareness and market share
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new products, platforms, and services
• Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Manage media relations, public relations, sponsorships, and events
• Track marketing performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and recommend optimization strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience in Telecommunications or FMCG industries
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing campaigns with measurable business outcomes
• Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies
• Strong background in telecommunications, financial services, or non-financial business sectors
• Proven record of delivering high-impact marketing campaigns and winning business bids with proven results
