About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of comprehensive marketing and communications programs that enhance the company's image and position within the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and measure the success of comprehensive marketing and communications programs to enhance company image and position within the marketplace and general public
• Facilitate internal and external communications and report progress to the Executive Director
• Develop short and long-term plans and budgets for marketing/communications/public relations programs and activities
• Monitor progress, assure adherence, and evaluate performance against established metrics
• Research industry trends and competitive intelligence through surveys and knowledge building programs to guide positioning decisions
• Keep sales teams across all verticals up to date with market developments
• Ensure articulation of the company's desired image and position across all internal and external communications
• Maintain consistent communication of brand image and position throughout the institution to all constituencies
• Uphold protocol to ensure uniform "house style" standards (fonts, logos, pictures)
• Manage editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of all publications, including product brochures
• Oversee website management and digital communications
• Manage Marketing and Communications staff including Digital Marketing Officer and Content Writer
• Design promotional inputs and schemes for various verticals to support market penetration efforts in all locations
• Lead special projects as assigned, including special events, re-branding, and logo development
• Prepare weekly activity reports and sectoral product insights

Required Qualifications

• First degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Advanced degree in Marketing is an advantage
