Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategy and annual budget aligned with growth goals
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, driving creativity, collaboration, and accountability
• Strengthen and manage the company's brand with consistent, impactful messaging
• Direct PR, content marketing, and thought leadership initiatives to boost market position
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs to measure performance and ROI

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years in marketing with 2+ years in leadership (strategy, budget management, and team management)
• Proven track record of executing strategies that fuel business growth
• Expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media), content marketing, and marketing automation
• Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated talent development skills
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing tools
• Excellent communication and strong influencing skills
