About the Role

Greensprings School is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to support student enrollment and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate will help drive campaigns, manage digital channels, and promote our educational programs to parents, students, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns to boost enrollment and brand visibility
• Manage social media pages and update website content
• Create marketing materials including flyers, posts, newsletters, and videos
• Assist with school events, open days, and outreach activities
• Conduct basic market research and track campaign performance
• Collaborate with admissions and academic teams on lead-generation efforts

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience (education sector experience is an added advantage)
• Strong digital marketing and content creation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) preferred
