## Title: Marketing Deputy Manager
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable Financial Services company, seeking a dedicated Marketing Deputy Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop articulate marketing strategies for each financial year and create monthly sales action plans
- Liaise with brokers to identify opportunities for generating profitable businesses
- Provide effective market intelligence to drive marketing efforts and business growth
- Coordinate and support team members in new business acquisition from brokers and other market segments
- Pursue participation in all profitable business opportunities available through brokers and market segments
- Source new brokers and develop direct clientele through networking initiatives
- Ensure achievement of revenue generation and premium collection targets
- Maintain records and follow up on policy renewals
- Attend meetings, seminars, and programs to stay informed on new products, services, and technical developments
- Assist in property inspections and surveys to assess insurance risks, including general condition, construction type, age, and other relevant characteristics
- Review documents for accuracy before delivery to clients and brokers
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of market information, clients, and prospects
- Build and maintain constructive, cooperative relationships with brokers and clients
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure strict adherence to credit control policies
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports on production, collection, and renewals
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Branch/Department
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent relationship management skills including persuasion, negotiation, summarizing, and presentations
- Ability to manage multiple clients effectively
