Marketing Consultant/Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall business development and marketing strategy
• Drive sales growth, revenue expansion, and market penetration
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships and distribution opportunities
• Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Oversee the sales pipeline, route-to-market strategy, and brand positioning
• Lead, coordinate, and support Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development
• At least 3+ years in a leadership or management role
• Strong expertise in marketing strategy, competitive analysis, and sales execution
• Proven track record of driving growth in competitive markets
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in spirits, alcoholic beverages, or FMCG drinks (such as tequila, wine, or premium beverages)
