Marketing Communications Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager to drive our mission of empowering individuals to embrace their unique sense of style. The successful candidate will implement comprehensive marketing communication programs focused on creating brand awareness across target audiences and trade channels, with objectives including brand building, product management, demand generation, and sales growth across online and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the knowledge centre, coordinator, and brand evangelist for Recare across all consumer and trade channels
• Increase demand and visibility at consumer channel levels (campuses, institutions, neighbourhoods, events, market areas) to complement brand and product management at trade channels (distributors, wholesalers, and modern retail)
• Manage marketing communications in collaboration with team leaders (Trade Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Executive) across Instagram, Facebook, e-commerce, visual content, graphics, and PR/blog initiatives focused on consumer channels
• Identify non-performing products and consumer channels, and define and implement communication strategies to drive improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing Communications within the FMCG sector
• Proficiency in MS Office software and social media platforms
• Previous experience as a Marketing Communications Manager or equivalent position
