Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure products and services meet customer expectations and build brand credibility
• Assist with product development, pricing, and new product launches while working with the Business Development team to identify new business opportunities
• Manage promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
• Conduct competitor and customer insights analysis to stay informed of market trends and predict future developments
• Monitor competitors across markets to maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging opportunities
• Measure and evaluate marketing communication campaigns, review campaign success, and prepare detailed reports
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple departments including Production, Digital, and Business Development to align marketing initiatives
• Participate in organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots
• Develop marketing partnerships with retailers, media partners, and external organizations to expand brand reach and messaging
• Conduct research and analysis to translate campaign performance into communication documents and reports for senior management and key stakeholders, including marketing briefs, competitive analyses, and campaign recap presentations
• Identify new markets and customers through data gathering and analysis, assess demand for products and services, and evaluate the effectiveness of existing marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess product sales potential and profitability
• Perform pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and developments
