A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent.
Responsibilities
- Promote the company’s agricultural products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities in the agricultural sector.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.
- Visit farms, agro dealers, and field locations to demonstrate products and provide technical support.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
- Work with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collect feedback from customers to guide product development and improvements.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to stay competitive.
- Manage social media, advertising, and other digital marketing activities for product awareness.
- Organize and participate in agricultural exhibitions, field days, and trade fairs.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market updates.
- Provide weekly or monthly marketing reports to supervisors or management.
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 2 years of experience.
