About the Role

As a Market Expansion Executive, you will drive market penetration and business growth across assigned territories in Lagos and Abuja. This is a field-focused position that combines market development, relationship building, and sales support to expand our presence and drive adoption of our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new markets, sectors, and strategic partnerships
• Lead field activation campaigns and ecosystem awareness initiatives across key communities
• Engage schools, cooperatives, SMEs, institutions, and community groups to drive adoption
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, customer needs, and expansion opportunities
• Develop and manage high-value leads that contribute to both B2B and B2C growth
• Work closely with sales, product, and partnerships teams to achieve revenue goals
• Represent the organization at events, make presentations, and drive visibility within assigned territories

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, field activation, or market expansion
• Strong track record of meeting targets and driving meaningful business results
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of Lagos or Abuja markets and local stakeholder dynamics
• Ability to work independently, manage field activities, and deliver results under pressure
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset

Preferred Experience

• Background in fintech, telco, FMCG field sales, edtech, microfinance, or financial services
