Job Summary

As Managing Director, you will be responsible for upholding successful company operations by implementing business strategies and fostering business relationships. You will work to improve the organization's market position and achieve financial growth while defining long-term organizational strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement comprehensive long-term strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and market opportunities
• Define and communicate the organization's strategic vision to the executive team, board of directors, and key stakeholders
• Lead the development of annual business plans, financial targets, and performance metrics
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Determine strategy to minimize risks or maximize returns on assets under management
• Drive the optimization of shareholder value whilst balancing all other competitive stakeholder needs
• Liaise and maintain relationships with CBN and other regulatory authorities on behalf of the organization

Financial Performance and Growth

• Oversee the financial performance of the entire organization, including revenue generation, profitability, and capital allocation
• Set and manage ambitious financial targets across all business units
• Develop and maintain robust financial strategies to optimize revenue streams and manage risk
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and corporate governance requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in financial performance and operational efficiency
