## Title: Manager, Technical Operations and Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Technical Operations and Sales to lead our technical operations and drive sales growth, delivering quality engineering solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent managerial skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee technical operations to ensure all systems operate smoothly and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate technical staff, fostering a productive environment and evaluating their performance
  • Drive process improvements and implement new processes to enhance operational and technical efficiency while reducing waste
  • Manage budgets, manpower, and other resources effectively to meet project goals and optimize productivity
  • Ensure technical solutions align with broader business goals and collaborate with engineering and sales departments to achieve them
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards, providing regular reports to senior management on technical operations
  • Proactively identify and address technical issues, risks, and uncertainties, providing guidance and support to technical personnel
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and implement Project Execution Plans and Project Specifications
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Understand customer technical needs and develop sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Ensure seamless integration between sales and technical departments to enhance overall business performance

Required Qualifications

  • Strong technical background in engineering or related field
  • Proven managerial and leadership experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in sales strategy development and execution
  • Knowledge of project management and technical operations
