About the Role
The Manager, Membership and Branch Development is responsible for overseeing the complete membership life cycle development within the assigned Zone. This position focuses on driving organizational growth, member engagement, and institutional relevance through strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full membership life cycle, including recruitment of new members, retention of existing members, and reactivation of dormant members
- Execute and drive strategies and initiatives to grow the relevance and impact of the organization in the Zone
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for organizational expansion and member engagement
Academic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
Experience
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant work experience in a similar role
Competencies and Skills
- Leadership, coordination, and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and ability to identify new opportunities
- Strategic thinking capability with a strong drive for measurable results
- Member relationship management and stakeholder engagement
