Manager, Hair Shop

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview:

• Our client based in Lekki Phase 1 which specializes in the sale of Luxury hair and is currently looking to hire a dedicated and result oriented store manager

• The Store Manager serves as the primary point of leadership, driving sales, ensuring exceptional client experiences, supervising staff, and maintaining operational excellence.

• The store manager is to reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively drive sales through product recommendations, upselling, and knowledge of our services.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain expert product knowledge of wigs, extensions, accessories, and haircare tools.

• Oversee stock levels across retail items, wigs, hair extensions, styling tools, and consumables.

• Perform daily stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records

• Prepare weekly operational reports covering sales, inventor and attendance.

Required Qualifications: and Experience

• Degree / HND

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail, beauty, management, or hospitality supervision

• Professional, polished, and customer-focused.

• Dependable, punctual, and committed to store success.

• Proactive, solution-driven, and High attention to detail

• Honest, disciplined, and able to handle confidential information.

Salary N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
